Solution: Tune4mac Programs Can't Open for Missing iTunes Music Library on iTunes 12.2
After testing, all Tune4mac products including iTunes Video Converter Platinum, M4V Converter Plus, Audiobook Converter, M4P Converter are compatible with the latest iTunes 12.2. However, we received some feedback from users. Some of them met a problem that they could not open the program with a pop up window saying "Can't find iTunes Music Library location" after upgrading to iTunes 12.2.
The problem only occurs to people who have installed iTunes 12.2 newly instead of upgrading from the previous iTunes 12.1 version. The latest iTunes 12.2 version doesn't create iTunes Music Library.xml file by default, which may make Tune4mac fail to read necessary message and pops up error message while launching.
