How to Convert AVI Files to iMovie
What is the best video editing software for Mac? Probably a lot of people will recommend iMovie. Step 1: Add Videos
After launch the program, click Add Video/DVD to load the file.
Step 2: Choose iMovie Format for AVI file
In Profile, you may can the predefined setting for iMovie. Click Profile > Apple Software Specific Format > Apple Software iMovie MPEG-4 Movie
For more advanced users, you could set parameters, and save the configuration for the next time iMovie conversion uses.
Click Profile Setting button, will popup the below window, and click Profile > Apple Software Specific Format > Apple Software iMovie MPEG-4 Movie to choose the iMovie format, and then set parameters like Video Size, Video Bitrate, Video Framerate, Audio Bitrate, Audio Channel, etc.
Step 3: Convert
Click the Convert Now button to convert AVI files to iMovie format.
