ny Video Converter Ultimate for Mac is a universal and versatile video converter software for Mac users. It could convert between almost all popular formats, such as ASF, AVI, FLV, MPEG1/2/4, WMV, MP4, 3GP, etc.

Q1. Can I convert M4V files with Any Video Converter Ultimate?
We are sorry, but Any Video Converter Ultimate does not support M4V file format. You can check the supporting input formats of the program in a file named info.plist.
Here is the routine to get the file:
Step 1. Find the any video converter ultimate.app in the Application;
Step 2. right click, and choose "Show Package Contents";
Step 3. Open the folder "Contents", find the "Info.plist"

Q2. Audio tracks does not sync with moving pictures, why?
You can resolve the problem by setting the A/V Sync under “Audio” as “Basic”. And tick “Keep Aspect” option under “Video” settings. Please also set the “Video Framerate” the same as “FPS” of the original video.
If it still cannot work out, please send us the log file. To generate the log file, please follow the step below:
Hold down the 'option' key to start the program, log files VideoConverter.log will generate on the desktop.
Q3. I tried to download vides, but it prompts “invalid URL”, Why?
If the video from the URL cannot be downloaded, please check the URL. Since the program parses a URL, it uses "watch?v=", which means if the URL of YouTube clip is https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=aUaInS6HIGo#!, please change it to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUaInS6HIGo#!. And after editing the URL, please try to open it in your browser, if it can be opened, it will be downloaded through Any Video Converter Ultimate.
Q4. Do you have a product could import music from iPod to Mac?
Any Video Converter Ultimate can achieve that. It has a “Mobile Devices” tab.
Step1: On the Mobile Devices tab, all iPod connected are listed on the left devices list. Open the iPod's library/playlist and select the file you want to export.
Step2: Click the button Device To Mac or right-click the selected file, and click the option Copy to Mac(or go through Menu->File->Device To Mac), then choose a directory to save your files.
PS: You can also backup them by dragging the selected files from the list to your Mac folder directly.
PPS: Given that an iPod is only corresponding to one iTunes, so if you don't want to erase any music and movie in your iPod, please open the iTunes before you plug in your iPod, go to Menu->iTunes->Preferences, under Device tab, check on the option Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically.
Q5. Do you have any software could edit videos and add watermarks?
Any Video Converter Ultimate for Mac could achieve that.
To clip video, you can change Start and End Time in Profile Setting, after edit the time, please press Enter on keyboard to make the area blue.
To merge videos, please drag a video and drop it onto another one until a "+" icon appear, they will be merged into one file.
To add a watermark, please click Edit > Watermark > Add Picture Watermark.
