Q3. How soon will I get the product after I place my order online?

After your order is processed successfully, you will first receive a confirmation e-mail for your order sent from payment platform, which contains all of your order data including your INVOICE or RECEIPT.

An order request will also be sent to our database by email. As soon as we received the order request, a registration e-mail will be sent to you afterward in two hours or so. Then you can download the program from the URL and register it with the Registration Code which is contained in the registration email.

Q4. What can I do if I haven't got my unlock key after payment?

You will receive the confirmation email with license code upon the transaction of your order. Please check your inbox.

If you do not receive confirmation email with license code, please check the spam folder to see if the auto-generated email is marked as spam.

If there is no confirmation email at all, then it must be blocked out by the filter of your email service provider. Please contact us to retrive your keycode.

Q5. What's your Upgrade Policy?

All updates are free. You will get update remind message when there is a new version available. You can also visit our download page http://www.tune4mac.com/download.html to download and install the latest version.

If you install the latest version to the location you installed last time, you don't have to register again. If you change the install location, please re-register again using the original license name and code.

Q6. What's your Refund Policy?

All our Products are provided as trial versions for download directly from our site. Use these 'try-before-you-buy' versions to ensure that they are compatible with your computer systems and satisfy all of your requirements before purchasing the full version.

All sales are final. Once the registration details and download instructions have been issued, they cannot be cancelled. Exceptions to the refund policy are handled on a case-by-case basis and only granted when emergency or extenuating circumstances exist within the first 60 days of purchase.

Q7. My license is invalid. What shall I do?

There are three possibilities:

1. Your user name contains punctuation, symbols or special characters. For example, the character Ÿ, the symbol $, or the punctuation ’, will not be recognized by the program. Some French, Greek, Italian, German, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese or Spanish characters will not be accepted by the program. If your license code is invalid due this reason, please contact us for a new code with the user name in English characters as you prefer.

2. Blank spaces are accidentally added. Please mind that license information is case-sensitive. Do not enter any extra blank space to the license name or code.

3. The license does not match the program. Please note that we have several similar but different programs. Please match the license with the very program you use. For instance, if you purchase Tune4mac iTunes Video Converter, but accidentally download Tune4mac iTunes Video Converter Platinum, then you will fail to register the program. You shall download Tune4mac iTunes Video Converter instead.
